U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer FREE U.S. first class shipping on all orders, as well as calculated Priority shipping options.  All product orders take 1-2 business days to process and leave our warehouse and an additional 2-5 business days to arrive.  Please note that expedited shipping times do not include processing times.

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost through USPS, UPS and Fed Ex.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide to most countries. Shipping costs and timeframe depends on the country. We are not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control. Doodle Couture is NOT responsible for any customs or tariff fee/import duty that may be imposed. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by the shipping costs.

Shipping/Transit Time: 7-21 Business Days

Shipping cost depends on your exact location and is calculated at checkout. 

 

EXCHANGE & RETURNS

Returns and Exchanges Are Simple!

We know you will love our products, but in case you need to return or exchange, we have made it easy!

Returns and exchanges will incur postage fees based on the actual cost of the return shipping labels. We are unable to provide free shipping on any returns or exchanges. As a small business, this helps us continue to provide quality service.

 


Return Eligibility Checklist:

  • All returns must be in original, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition, free of hair, fur, and dirt.
  • All tags must be attached.
  • Returns must be received within 14 days from when you received your shipment.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

We do not offer returns or refunds on custom or pre-ordered items, as these are made to order. Sale items are non-returnable, and the price reflects this on all items. All sale items are final sale and non-returnable/refundable.


Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
