Shipping, Exchanges & Returns

U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer FREE U.S. first class shipping on all orders $75 and over, as well as calculated Priority shipping options.  All product orders take 1-2 business days to process and leave our warehouse and an additional 2-5 business days to arrive.  Please note that expedited shipping times do not include processing times.

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost through USPS, UPS and Fed Ex.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide to most countries. Shipping costs and timeframe depends on the country. We are not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control. Doodle Couture is NOT responsible for any customs or tariff fee/import duty that may be imposed. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by the shipping costs.

Shipping/Transit Time: 7-21 Business Days

Shipping cost depends on your exact location and is calculated at checkout. 

EXCHANGE & RETURNS

Please make sure to use our sizing charts to ensure a proper fit prior to ordering. If for any reason you would like to return or exchange your product(s), we will gladly accept your return. Please note the following criteria:

  • We have a 21-day return policy. This means you have 21 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.
  • All sale products are FINAL SALE.
  • Please email hello@doodlecouture.com to request a return approval.
  • All items must be new, unwashed, hair/fur-free and have all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned or exchanged within 21 days of delivery.
  • Package must be postmarked within 21 days of delivery.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom made-to-order products, personalized denim vests, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have.  Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once return or exchange is received, inspected, and approved based on our policy above, please allow 5-7 days for processing. If you request a return, credit is applied to your original form of payment usually within 24-48 hours. If you request an exchange, please email us at hello@doodlecouture.com to ensure that we still have stock left of the size/item you are requesting.

EXCLUSIONS: 

All items marked SALE on the product page will not be returnable.

DEFECTS

In the case that your item is damaged upon arrival, please reach out to us within seven (7) days of receiving the product, and we will be happy to replace the item.
