Returns and Refunds

Returns Are Simple!
We know you will love our products, however in case you need to return or exchange, we have made it easy!

Return in 3 Simple Steps:
1. Put your item back in the package with your packing slip.
2. Mail it to:

(we recommend using a tracking service to be safe)
3. Watch out for an email from us with your refund confirmation if your return is accepted as per the policy below.

Return Eligibility Checklist:
  1. All returns must be in original unused, unworn, and unwashed condition free of hair, fur and dirt. 
  2. All tags must be attached.
  3. Returns must be received within 21 days from when you received your shipment.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable items

We do not offer returns or refunds on Custom / Pre-ordered items as these are made to order items. Sale items are NON-returnable, the price reflects this on all items. All sale items are final sale and non-returnable/refundable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus any postage costs.
