Frequently Asked Questions

To measure your dog for a harness, measure the widest part of their chest and neck with a soft measuring tape.  If you do not have a soft, flexible measuring tape, use a string and measure the length against a regular tape measure.  Next, check our size charts on the product page to find the correct size for your dog.

Our Doodle Couture step-in harness has a strong plastic buckle and secure Velcro on the back of the harness.  This harness is better for small dogs as it provides more control, and reduces pulling.  This harness is designed to gently discourage your puppy from pulling on the leash by redirecting your puppy's attention back to you, making it easier to control your puppy while on a walk. 

Our Doodle Couture adjustable harness is made from soft, breathable materials that provide maximum comfort for your puppy. The harness has a chest panel design that evenly distributes pressure across your puppy's chest, providing added support and comfort. It has fully-adjustable straps on the chest and neck making it more flexible in sizing than our step-in harness.  It also has a simple, one-click buckle that makes it very easy to put on and take off over the dog's head.  Leash attachment D rings are on back.  This harness is better for growing dogs or dogs over 20 pounds.

Each of our products comes with care instructions, but in general, we recommend hand-washing and air-drying our products to keep them looking their best.

U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We charge a $5 flat rate U.S. First Class shipping on all orders up to $50.  Orders valued at $50 or more ship FREE.  We also offer calculated Priority shipping options.  All orders take 1-2 business days to process and leave our warehouse and an additional 2-5 business days to arrive. 

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost through UPS or Fed Ex.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide to most countries. Shipping costs and timeframe depends on the country. We are not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control. Doodle Couture is NOT responsible for any customs or tariff fee/import duty that may be imposed. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by the shipping costs.
